Thank you for shopping at Ergosalah. We take pride in providing you with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may do so. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Applicability of the Return Policy:
This return policy applies to all products purchased from ErgoSalah.
Customers can return products within 30 days of receipt. Returns beyond this period may not be accepted.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in a resellable condition may not be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return for an exchange or refund, please email us at support@ergosalah.com stating your reason for return and attach images/videos of the product, along with your order number.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., change of mind, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. The exact fee depends on the courier service you choose.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received), we will cover the shipping fee.
Return Processing Fee:
A $15 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This covers administrative costs, quality inspection, and restocking fees associated with handling returns.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage or issues, you should contact us. If your item(s) do arrive damaged or with any issues, please send photos of the damage and a brief description to support@ergosalah.com.
Order Cancellations
Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Contact us at support@ergosalah.com to have your order canceled immediately. Please provide the order details, including the order number, receiver’s name, and/or email address. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Order Cancellation after Shipment:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you'll need to wait to receive the items. In that case, you can apply for a return.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@ergosalah.com.
